About our College
St Vincent College (Post 16) is a mainstream college with a Specialist Learning Support Unit attached.  Levels taught within the Unit include discrete courses for Pre-Entry, Entry Level 1-3 alongside Levels 1-2

What the organisation provides – types of interventions and support
1:2:1 classroom support and during breaks, Personal Care, Physiotherapy, medical interventions, Specialist Dyslexia support, Study Skills, Behavioural/Emotional support, Speech and Language Therapy, PECs, Makaton, Drama and Play Therapy, Counselling, Educational Psychologies, HI and VI support, Specialist Teacher Advisory Service, CAMHS, Orthotics, Epilepsy and Advocacy.  The college’s SEN Information Report can be found by clicking here
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants with S139As/EHCP/LDAs are interviewed by the Head of School of Personalised Learning, SEN & High Needs Funding Manager and/or Curriculum Leaders.   Cross college applicants requiring higher level courses, are interviewed by the Learning Support Co-ordinator (Cross College) and relevant Heads of School.
Quality standards and expected outcomes for children and young people and their families accessing your services
Students participate in initial assessment.  Students are set targets and progress and outcomes reviewed regularly.  Parents/Carers are informed of progress made
