Enham Trust – a programme for young people to help them prepare for, find and stay in work – Skills2Achieve

Brief description of what your organisation offers

If you are 16-19 years old and not in employment, education or training, our Skills2Achieve programme could help you with employment and skills, apprenticeships or re-entering education to build a career you want!  The aim of the programme is to help disabled and disadvantaged people of all ages to take control of their lives and succeed in finding work.

Learning with Skills2Achieve for employment and skills is not like school and college. We don’t have term times so you can join us when you’re ready. It’s a much more relaxed atmosphere, so we can be flexible in how we teach you. We have smaller group sizes to give you the support that you need. All our centres have computers and IT facilities for your work, job hunting or CV writing

What could you achieve?

  • English and Maths Qualifications
  • Increased confidence and independence
  • Employability skills such as CV writing and interview techniques
  • Work experience
  • Employment and skills
  • A job
  • An apprenticeship
  • Further education
