The Local Offer Annual Report

Every year Portsmouth City Council publishes an Annual Report which outlines any activity, performance and feedback relating to The Local Offer.
This is a statutory requirement and it must include comments about the Local Offer from or on the behalf of children, young people with SEND and their parents. Comments must be published if they relate to content of the Local Offer, accessibility of information and how the Local Offer was developed or reviewed. ( SEND Code of Practice, Jan 2015 4.21-4.25)

In Portsmouth we have worked closely with parent carers and young people to co-produce this report and have co-written the content with Portsmouth Parent Carer Forum and Dynamite Young People’s group.
