Brief description of what services your organisation offers

The core purpose of the scheme is to create a safe environment during the school holidays for young
people to socialise, meet personal development targets and learn valuable life skills. The service gives the young people equal opportunities to develop their skills to allow them to integrate into work placements, mainstream settings or further specialist provisions. Young people are offered a broad variety of daily
activities, to enjoy leisure activities within Portsmouth and beyond. These activities are designed to
encourage physical activity, promoting a healthy lifestyle, learning about finance and opportunities to make lasting friendships.

Who can access the service?

It can be accessed by young people aged between 12-17 with a disability/special educational need and living in Portsmouth. Available during school and college holidays.

Located at Charles Dickens Centre, 120 Lake Road, Portsmouth PO1 4HH
