Inclusive Playscheme – Enable Ability – can be accessed by parent/carer

Enable Ability  enables children to access registered mainstream playschemes which provide for both mainstream and special needs children.

Where does the service take place?

Various settings located within the north, middle and south of Portsmouth.

Who can access your service?

The Enable Ability Inclusive Playscheme is for children/young people living in Portsmouth, aged 5-16 who require extra support because of diagnosed moderate levels of disability, learning difficulty, Autism/Asperger Syndrome and or disability related challenging behaviour.

When can the service be accessed?

During all holiday breaks (except for Christmas) and half-terms. Hours may vary according to the holiday period and hours available.

How can this service be accessed?

This service can be accessed directly a parent/carer. Contact the Enable Ability’s Deputy Manager to request further details about locations. You are encouraged to contact the setting direct to find out if the environment will be suitable for the needs of your child. Costs vary according to which playscheme is being attended.
