Children’s mental health charity Place2Be has set up Children’s Mental Health Week 2021. Its aim is to highlight the importance of mental health within children and young people. When does Children’s Mental Health Week take place? This year, in 2021, Children’s Mental Health Week will take place from February 1st to February 7th.
This years theme is Express Yourself and it encourages us to think about how we can use creativity to improve our mental health and emotional wellbeing. Keep checking back across the week as we will be sharing more content and creative features!
Looking after your mental health is even more important at present as we live with the current covid-19 pandemic.
This year’s theme is EXPRESS YOURSELF and looks at how being creative can be good for mental health and wellbeing. To support the theme, Portsmouth Music Hub have been creative and expressed themselves through a series of songs especially written for this week.
