Careers advice and support for young people with SEND

In Portsmouth local secondary schools, colleges and universities offer support and guidance on future plans and next steps towards getting a job or choosing a career.

Specialist Careers Guidance

Portsmouth City Council have a specialist careers guidance team for young people aged 16-25 with special educational needs and disabilities. They can meet you at the Civic Offices, in your own home or a suitable venue. They provide individual careers guidance which may include CV writing, job search, work experience, placements and voluntary work.
